to
1. Sharpen your image by going Filter > Sharper > Sharpen (this may be different for other programs)
2. Duplicate your image and set it to Soft Light at 100%.
Go to Layer > Merge Down
3. Make a new layer and fill it with #1c1b48. Set it to Screen at 100%
4. Make another new layout and fill it with #a9438b. Set it to Soft Light at 100%
5. Go to Hue and Saturation and match your settings to mine.
You can add more details to it like brushes, icon textures, etc. and then your done
